Manages the day-to-day and long-term operations and staff within a Yates Services area. Responsible for ensuring efficient operations through the management of Technicians and achieving successful customer-facing results by maintaining productive relationships with employees. This individual oversees and is directly involved in more than one of the following operations; Picking Operations, Material Handling, but not limited to; customer service, productivity, claims prevention, timekeeping and safety.

- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established 5S policies and procedures.

Education:
High School Diploma or BS/AS Degree preferred
Physical Demands:
