We offer some of the most competitive wages in the mid-South (Starting at $18.57/hr. for Day Shift, $20.02/hr. for Night Shift) for our entry level Picker/Kitter positions. We offer progressive wage increases with most hourly technicians receiving wage increases every six months until a top-out rate is reached. We offer skilled maintenance positions with wages up to $30.73/hr.  We also provide outstanding insurance benefits, a robust 401K program, 16 paid holidays and 2 weeks of paid vacation.
