Material Handler position in a fast paced warehouse operation supporting just in time delivery for an automotive manufacturing facility. Prefer a minimum of 2 years experience operating various types of forklift and tug material handling equipment. The starting pay for night shift positions is $20.93/hr. and advances to $24.02/hr. Job Responsibilities include:

  • Load and unload freight using equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
  • Move product to warehouse and/or production line areas with proper equipment.
  • Efficiently stack and store material in designated area.
  • Check or count freight for accuracy and/or damage.
  • Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking.
  • Able to meet production standards.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work environment.
  • Perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities, as needed.
  • Ability to pay close attention to details and meet deadlines.
  • Comply with OSHA standards, report all safety malfunctions on equipment and any unsafe conditions.

Industrial Machinist providing services which include design, build and repair of tooling and fixtures to support production and maintenance in an automotive manufacturing facility. Job Responsibilities include:

  • Set up and operate ALL types of machine tools (with all attachments) such as lathes, mills, boring mills, gas torch equipment, power hand tools and grinders to duplicate, make or rework experimental parts.
  • Proficient Mig and Tig welding skills.
  • Determine proper speeds and feeds to use
  • Work in accordance with samples, sketches, specifications, written and/or verbal instructions. Able to create and read advanced blueprints.
  • Interpret mechanical requirements and dimensions to determine sequence of necessary machining operations.
  • Knowledge of measuring tools to include taper attachments, dividing head, rotary table, verniers, micrometers, surface, height/thread gages, gage blocks, indicators and sine bar.
  • Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition
  • In addition, comply with established safety procedures and insure all equipment is in good working conditions with all required guards in place. Also ability to instruct and direct apprentices and trainees. Must also be good at math.
